A few weeks back, Jesse Jackson promised Saturday, June 16, would be a day of protest at gun stores across America. As of Sunday morning, I find only sparse coverage.
There was the lead event near Chicago, where Jackson's Rainbow PUSH Coalition bused in protesters.
And there was a protest near Detroit that drew about a dozen participants.
There were supposed to be 20 to 25 of these actions across the country. Where were they? I don't see coverage of any others on the web.
Can we officially rank Jackson's push a fizzle?
