Time to deliver on the promise

Agent Brian Terry
December 28, 2010: Mike Vanderboegh at his Sipsey Street Irregulars blog first reported what would grow into and become known as the Fast and Furious scandal. Vanderboegh had sources telling him an ATF-smuggled gun was found at the murder scene of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry.

Whistleblowers were soon working with congressional investigators.

A lot of time has come and gone. It's disconcerting things have been allowed to drag out this long.

At Agent Terry's funeral on December 22, 2010, Homeland Security Director Janet Napolitano promised swift justice in the murder investigation.

It's way past time to hold the Obama administration to do what Napolitano promised. Even if it means removing an obstructionist attorney general to get at the truth.
