The Houston Chronicle reports a truck driver was shot eight times and killed in a botched DEA sting. The Chronicle also reports the rig used in the sting was obtained for the operation without the owner's permission.
I think I'd be really ticked off if I learned DEA took one of my trucks without consent, loaded it with weed, and got one of my employees killed.
And it looks like DEA kept a lid on this botch-job for eight months.
This is how a branch of Homeland Security operates?
