Detroit expectations and a new presidential anthem

A city council member in Detroit says her city's support for President Obama should entitle the city to receive injections of other people's money. WJBK in Detroit has the story:
City Council member JoAnn Watson said Tuesday the citizen's support of Obama in last month's election was enough reason for the president to bailout the struggling the city.
This attitude of expecting free stuff and payback for political support seems to permeate American Democrat political culture.

With Mr. Obama about to enter a second term, maybe it really is time to update the presidential anthem.
