It's been a week. Where's the bill?

It's been over a week since Senator Dianne Feinstein held a news conference to introduce her so-called "assault weapons" ban.

Is this one of those infamous Democrat bills that has to be passed before we're allowed to see what's in it?

Feinstein's Senate Bill 150 is indexed on the government's Thomas site. But the text (as of 9:45 pm 1/31/2013) still has not been published. It's supposed to post on Thomas in about two days time.

What gives?
