CMP now limits surplus .30-06 ammo sales

Got an email from the Civilian Marksmanship Program this morning that said they're putting an annual cap on purchases of Greek surplus .30-06 ammo:

There are qualifications that must be met to buy from the CMP, but they're not as stiff as they once were. The CMP also says it expects to sell out of its next shipment of .22 LR ammo even before it arrives in April, but is continuing to take pre-orders.
