Whether by accident or design, Obama and his peeps have a real knack for letting arms get into the hands of cartels, terrorists and renegade Muslim Militias.
Good thing the UN Arms Trade Treaty exempts states from restrictions in the trafficking of arms, otherwise someone might get in serious trouble over this kind of stuff.
