So many lies... Is Obama's claim on the presidency still legitimate?

It appears the employment report just prior to the 2012 election was manipulated to favor the president's reelection.

The New York Post reports:

In the home stretch of the 2012 presidential campaign, from August to September, the unemployment rate fell sharply — raising eyebrows from Wall Street to Washington. 

The decline — from 8.1 percent in August to 7.8 percent in September — might not have been all it seemed. The numbers, according to a reliable source, were manipulated. 

And the Census Bureau, which does the unemployment survey, knew it.

The you can keep it lie of Obamacare, the lie that the Benghazi attack was caused by an Internet video, and now word of a cooked jobs report.  All played well with trusting sheeple going into November 2012.

How many other lies were cooked in to secure Mr. Obama's reelection?

If Obama's administration manipulated data and deliberately lied to win his reelection, is his claim on the presidency still morally or legally legitimate?

At the very least, Mr. Obama needs to be held accountable for the fraud that's targeted the American electorate. Impeachment seems more in order than ever.
