As Kiev unravels, have you noticed the U.S. has put Joe Biden out front to articulate the U.S. position?

Not Obama. Biden.

Signals weakness. If Ukraine entities or Putin snub the warning, who cares? Biden's dispensable. Biden's an imbecile.

Obama dare not risk his ego being bruised - or  putting his personal reputation on the line?
