More flexibility

Remember when Obama told the Russians he'd have more flexibility in a second term?

It seems the Russians have embraced a more flexibility position as well.

CNN notes:

The United States accused Russia on Monday of violating the 1987 Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty, citing cruise missile tests that date to 2008, senior State Department and White House officials said.

The violations allegedly go back six years, but this appears to be the first we're hearing of it.

If Obama and his team were on top of this, there should have been disclosures to the American people in 2010, when Obama and his team rushed through a new START treaty with Russia.

And why was Obama still yammering to the Russians about more flexibility as late as 2012?
