Senators Jeff Sessions (R-AL) and Ted Cruz (R-TX) warn that President Obama will move unilaterally on amnesty for illegal immigrants.
Sessions says eventually Congress will be held accountable if it tries to pass the buck, looks the other way, and allows Obama to expand amnesty by executive action.
