In California, a prosecutor stretches the bounds of law and imagination to keep prosecuting in a self-defense case that's already been to court.
Is is fair to keep prosecuting someone who prevailed in a road rage case by use of a firearm simply because the district attorney knows most people in the community don't like guns?
The U.S. Constitution and its Bill of Rights are supposed to protect the individual's rights, not force compliance with the will of a mob.
