Commercially available "bump stocks" came to be when Obama was president

"Bump stocks" came to the open market after getting clearance from the ATF in 2010. Eric Holder was AG, Obama was president.

      Congress seems interested in banning components that allow bump fire. I guess that means belt loops and thumbs will soon be banned or highly regulated.
